The USF men’s basketball team, projected by many to contend for its first NCAA Tournament berth in seven years this season, begins American Athletic Conference play New Year’s Day at SMU.
The league released its composite 2019-20 schedule Friday morning, completing the Bulls’ slate for the upcoming season. All 18 of USF’s league games will be televised live, 13 on an ESPN platform (including ESPN3).
“Our league has always been one of the top basketball conferences in the NCAA and this season will be no different,” USF coach Brian Gregory said in a school news release.
“We’re excited to have so many premier league games on national television and at the Yuengling Center. It’s also a huge benefit to our fans that we’ll have five weekend conference (home) games as well.”
