TAMPA — Pokéworks, one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing poké brands, will debut in Tampa.

The first of three Tampa area restaurants is slated to open in February on Fowler Avenue.

“Tampa is an ideal market to develop the Pokéworks concept in due to its strong demographics and urban setting, which represents vital elements key to our brand,” said co-founder Kevin Hsu.

“We are excited to be able to bring the first Pokéworks location to Tampa and are confident it will become a go-to spot for the community to enjoy healthy and delicious alternatives, while also feeling great about what they’re eating.”

Founded in 2015, Pokéworks offers a fresh take on Hawaiian-inspired poké burritos, bowls and salads using the highest quality ingredients.

Diners can choose from Signature Works menu items such as the Hawaiian classic, spicy ahi and sweet ginger chicken, or opt to create their own meal.

The brand’s “Poké Your Way” motto allows for complete customization. Diners can pick from a variety of proteins, mix-ins, flavors, sauces and toppings.
