If you've already made plans for Valentine's day, (1) good for being so on top of things, and (2) go ahead and cancel them.
Crooner Michael Buble announced Thursday that his 2019 North American tour will kick off at Tampa's Amalie Arena on Feb. 13. That's a Tuesday, so … six-day weekend!
Tickets to the show start at $65 and go on sale Nov. 19. Every ticket purchased comes with a copy of Buble's new album, the title of which is apparently just a red heart emoji, and is pronounced "Love." Click here for details.
Buble's played Tampa before, but this could be a slightly bigger deal than usual. Not only is he launching the tour here, there was a report last month that he was contemplating retiring from the road (a report he later shut down). His 5-year-old son Noah has dealt with a public battle with liver cancer, which is part of the reason Buble hasn't toured regularly in a while. His last Tampa Bay show came in 2013.
So go ahead, make this a V-Day to remember. It might be a while before you see another one like it.
