The sound of the new millennium will never die. Not if Omarion has anything to do with it.

The singer, dancer and actor has announced plans to bring his nostalgic Millennium Tour back to the road next summer, and he’ll have an old friend along for the ride in rapper Bow Wow, his collaborator on the 2007 album Face Off. The tour will hit Tampa’s Amalie Arena on May 1, with tickets starting at $45.50. Click here for details.

Joining them on the road next spring will be fellow hip-hop and R&B hitmakers the Ying Yang Twins (Salt Shaker), Lloyd (Southside), Sammie (I Like It), Pretty Ricky (Grind With Me) and Soulja Boy (Crank That). That’s a similar lineup to the one at Amalie Arena last spring.

The biggest omission on this year’s Millennium Tour bill is B2K, Omarion’s onetime boy band, which had dissolved in discord for years before reuniting, only to see their classic lineup fall apart once again due to legal issues and squabbles involving member Raz B. But the addition of Bow Wow for the full tour should make up for it, especially if it means fans get to hear a proper duet of Girlfriend live.
