Ryan Homes is Asturia’s newest builder that has begun construction on rear-load townhomes priced in the mid $200,000s. The townhomes will feature open-concept floor plans ranging in size from 1507 to 1700 square feet. Located near the front of the community and within walking distance to Asturia Amenity Center, the townhome model will open in December on one of the 112 homesites.
Commercial parcels are for sale in the front of the community. "We’re hoping for a good anchor grocery store in our neighborhood retail center," said Lane Gardner, Senior Managing Director with Hines.
